Run for You - Just Fit Jamie

Running can change your life - Inspired by my amazing girlfriend’s running journey I wanted to make this short video to hopefully inspire people to get out there and ‘Run for You’.

Coming from a CrossFit and bodybuilding background Jamie was always ‘fit’ but when it came to running and functional human movement, she felt there was something missing.

Since going down the human movement rabbit hole Jamie has complete half and full marathons, long distance trail runs and charity runs that have completely changed her training style to a more longevity based training system.

Not only has there been the physical benefits but the mental gains of resilience, long time preference thinking and consistency have transferred to her every day life.
